Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Your reservation must be guaranteed via credit card. There is a pre-charge for the first night, 6 days before check-in, on the credit card provided for guarantee. Directly at the hotel, additional nightly rates will be charged. For reservations with non-refundable cancellation, 100% of the amount will be charged in advance.
It is mandatory, upon check-in, to present the same credit card used for the purchase, as well as the original identity document with a recent photo of the card owner (RG, CTPS or Driver's License).
A guarantee deposit or credit card debit authorization will also be required at check-in to guarantee payment of accommodation fees or any services consumed on site. This procedure will be required of the guest even if the payment was made by a third party.
For companies or agencies duly registered and with approved credit, daily payment may be invoiced. For agencies or companies that want to invoice daily rates, prior contact is required at [email protected] through credit analysis. Consult in advance.
If you want to pay in advance for the daily rates, consult the reservation center.

We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

The rate allows cancellation or change of reservation up to 30 days before check in. If the reservation is canceled after the established deadline, the total cost of accommodation will be withheld.
Policy applicable on dates: 2/28/2025 - 3/3/2025The reservation cannot be canceled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full price of accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
On other dates:Cancellations or changes can be made until 6 pm on the day of check in without charge. In case of non-attendance without prior notice within the deadline, a fine will be charged in the amount of the first day.
