Payment for your reservation must be made in advance via credit card.
If prepayment is not made within the stipulated period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, VISA in up to 10 installments. We do not accept checks as a form of payment
Cancellation Policies
2/28/2025 - 3/4/2025
The reservation cannot be canceled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full price of accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
Policy applicable on dates: 12/27/2024 - 1/1/2025Guests can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel after the deadline or do not show up, you will be charged the full cost of your stay.
On other dates:The guest can cancel free of charge until 6pm on the day of arrival. If you cancel after the deadline or do not show up, you will be charged the cost of one night.
