Deposit / Guarantee Policies

When the payment method for your reservation is direct payment at the hotel, this must be guaranteed via credit card. In this case, the first night will be pre-charged, 6 days before check-in, on the credit card provided for guarantee and the remaining nights will be paid directly at the hotel. For reservations where the payment method is by credit card, the daily rates will be debited at the time of booking, according to the installment chosen at checkout. For reservations with a Non-Refundable policy, 100% of the amount will be charged in advance, in these cases it is non-refundable.

For companies or agencies duly registered and with approved credit, daily payment may be invoiced. For agencies or companies that want to invoice daily rates, prior contact is required at [email protected] through credit analysis. Consult in advance.

If you want to pay in advance for the daily rates, consult the reservation center.

A guarantee deposit or credit card debit authorization will also be required at check-in to guarantee payment of accommodation fees or any services consumed on site. This procedure will be required of the guest even if the payment was made by a third party.

Cancellation Policies

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after the deadline or no-show, the cost of one night will be charged.

A tarifa permite cancelamento ou alteração da reserva até 14 dias antes do check in. Ao escolher o pagamento antecipado, no ato da reserva será cobrado o valor integral da hospedagem e, em caso de cancelamento dentro do prazo, será efetuado o estorno do pré pagamento. Caso o cancelamento da reserva seja efetuado após o prazo estabelecido, será retido o valor total da hospedagem.

If the reservation is canceled or changed, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation until 18:00 on the check-in date. In case of cancellation after this time or no-show, the first night will be charged.
