Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
When the payment method for your reservation is direct payment at the hotel, this must be guaranteed by credit card. For reservations where the payment method is credit card, the daily rates will be debited at the time of booking, according to the installment plan chosen at the end of the purchase. For reservations with a Non-Refundable policy, 100% of the amount will be debited in advance, in which case the amount is non-refundable.
For companies or agencies that are duly registered and have approved credit, payment for the daily rates may be invoiced. For agencies or companies that wish to invoice the daily rates, it is necessary to contact [email protected] in advance to perform a credit analysis. Please check in advance.
If you wish to make advance payment for the daily rates, please contact the reservations center.
A security deposit or debit authorization on the credit card will also be required at the time of check-in in order to guarantee payment for the accommodation or any services consumed at the location. This procedure will be required of the guest even if payment has been made by a third party.

We do not accept checks as a form of payment.
Cancellation Policies
The reservation cannot be cancelled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
