Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
When paying directly at the hotel, your reservation must be guaranteed by credit card. For reservations where payment is made by credit card, the daily rate will be charged at the time of booking, according to the installment plan chosen at checkout. For reservations with a Non-Refundable policy, the full amount will be charged in advance, and these cases are non-refundable.
For properly registered companies or agencies with approved credit, payment for daily rates may be invoiced. For agencies or companies wishing to invoice daily rates, please contact [email protected] in advance to perform a credit check. Please inquire in advance.
If you wish to pay for daily rates in advance, please contact the reservations center.
A security deposit or credit card debit authorization will also be required upon check-in to guarantee payment for accommodations or any services consumed on-site. This procedure will be required of the guest even if payment was made by a third party.

Packages may have different conditions.
We do not accept checks as payment.
Cancellation Policies
The reservation cannot be cancelled and/or changed. In case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged. There is no refund of the amount already paid.
